Log into your Furman account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
